AI Can Replace You or Build You Up

Dear Reader,

There is so much talk about AI replacing people.
Yet there is also opportunity in there.

Yesterday I had a chat with a friend. We were talking of the new opportunities with coding.

Will AI tools replace developers?
Yes, most likely. It is so much faster in typing code.

Is there also opportunity?
Yes being a developer using AI.

You can replace full teams. The question is: how will you use AI?

There are three different paths:

  1. Stuck in the sand.​
    AI will most likely replace you.
  2. Being a basic user.​
    Not using it as a better people.
    If you miss out on the full leverage.
  3. Using AI as a coworker.​
    Not taking the answers without thinking, but rather using it to make tasks easier.

I’m still thinking about it. Making adjustments. From what I can tell we need to be ready for decades of fast improvements. A lot will change.

So maintaining your critical thought process while also embracing AI will be the next thing that creates leverage.

It will be a secret for some and for others they won’t see it coming.

I want to encourage you to leverage AI as the opportunity is huge right now.
