Done beats Perfect

How often have you waited before publishing something?

Maybe you have never published anything yet because you thought it’s not good enough.

It’s not perfect.

I have seen so many people get stuck on the path to building their business.

They all get stuck in the Perfection Trap.

They think it has to be a masterpiece before anybody else can see it.

When in the beginning nobody will see it anyway.

Not many people will ever see anything you publish.

The few that do – will not be the masters in what you do.

There are three realizations that I have seen:

  • Most people will ignore you.
  • Some people will engage with you.
  • Only a few will be critical.

This is how it will go in the beginning.

This will give you the time to actually get good at what you do.

You will already build relationships and share your heart before you become the best.

It also gives you the ability to try different things.

You don’t need to be stuck.

You can try if it is the way you imagined it.

At the same time, you will build a library of content.

You will improve your skill.

You will build a community.

The thing that makes people more successful is to reduce the time between thought and action.

This means to get things done and not contemplate whether they are perfect or not.

You can get a multitude done, where others are still on the first thing.

So remember:

Done beats perfect.

Until next time, brother!

If you don’t enjoy the process to get the success—success is falling short. You need to have goals because they serve as landmarks to give your journey a direction. That is something I have seen in…

So: burnout is not really excellence. Striving for Excellence is like driving on a three-lane highway. You shouldn’t drive too fast and lose controland cross over into oncoming traffic. • Marketing Means to Amplify Your Product

Hey Reader, Every day that I’m on Twitter/X, I get cold DMs. These guys pitching to get more clients, upgrade my sales, and get more leads. Often it feels like we’re just needing to sell better to sell more. That marketing is just a numbers game to make more money. • Business is Boring!

Hey Reader, In so many videos I’ve watched over the years, there is often the idea that business is so exciting. There is always something new happening. There is always change. You’re in a high-speed car chase. While I definitely get that—especially when you’re starting out—you always want to be overwhelmed. The reality is that business is boring. There is not much happening once you find a routine that works. The main goal is to stick to that routine as long as you can. I do like to be by…
