Greetings Reader,

When you are building your business you will come about unethical advice. The correct answer there is pretty obvious. But what happens when it is less obvious.

A company reaches out to collaborate. They want you to just film a video or two for them. This sounds like a great opportunity. Right?

Instead of blindly jumping on that train, you should figure out where it takes you.

Here is where Integrity is most needed. You need to have your values and core beliefs. That you will defend.

This means to check the opportunity for their direction. Can you work with them? Is their product good for your people? Are they a respected and trustworthy company?

This matters. Because in the history we have seen companies fall far. Their leaders lacked Integrity and made bad deals.

Today trust is all we have. Do you have a good reputation to be trustworthy?

In order for you to be trustworthy people need to know that you are reliable. That you have Integrity.

This is what we need to protect.

Do you have your values written down? Do you know who you will stand with?
