There is so much chatter about passive income online.

It’s funny to me how passive income is used as a holy grail for online business.

The idea is really nice:

Work once a little bit and then it will take care of itself.

This could not be further from the truth.

The blogging community was all for passive income.

You just need to write a few articles. Then put ads on your website and you will get paid.

It worked for many.

I’m not saying it hasn’t worked. Many got complacent. Thought it would last forever.

Then AI showed up.

The first thing that was gone was the passive income from websites.

Don’t think that your passive income is going to stay forever.

Pat Flynn named his program Smart Passive Income.

When he started out, he taught people to write articles for websites.

He then moved to podcasting. Then onto YouTube. He changed actively.

Yes, your passive income might work for the moment.

The era we’re entering now is going to bring chaos fast.

We need to stay active. We need to stay involved. Or you will be replaced fast.

Complacency can’t exist on the chopping block since the material gets outdated so fast.
