Thought Leadership is not found in How-To Guides – PPL #184
Recently, I shared my take on thought leadership and that a lot of people are actually becoming thought followers.
Another way I found it’s not serving great anyone is How-To Guides.
Thought leadership means to find new ways to lead the industry and community.
It is no longer found in basic tutorials.
There are millions of videos out there.
There are also the AI tools that can do that.
Thought leadership is about building relationships with insight and transformation.
A how-to guide or a basic post is just repeating what’s out there.
We need to help people with a new perspective.
This is also called belief shifting.
This is the foundation that we need to get a real transformation.
It is what makes us stand out.
This is what thought leadership is all about.
We can do so many things. Yet we need to focus in on what will move others forward
and help them gain a new perspective.
It is not done by merely repeating what others have said before us.
This will help you future-proof with AI,
since we can connect seemingly disconnected topics
and form a new connection.
