Urgency is an underrated superpower

Hey Reader,

We often talk about dreams and goals. Those conversations are fun and inspiring. We find joy in talking about ideas. Yet we get stuck. Dreams and goals idle by. We want to go, and then something comes up.

I have seen so many men talk about starting the business they had always thought of. Life happens. I know that too. We grow up and have the urgency to become an adult fast. Then life gets blurry. We lose the sense of urgency.

It perhaps peaks again when you’re getting older. In between, there are years where life feels more like it’s happening too fast for us.

How do we overcome this idle stage?

Use urgency to your advantage. When something is important, we should take action ASAP.

That pull to action is what urgency is about.​
It means to not wait or let time go by.

When we act with urgency, we act like we’re on a mission. Which we are.

Don’t let the sun set on your anger in life. You have the urgency to look for forgiveness.
Don’t let the sun set on your business. Make things happen today.
