Greetings Reader,

Today I want to celebrate with you. We have reached a major milestone.

Over the last years I have now sent 400 Newsletters.

It took me a year and a half to find my ryhtm. In the beginning I was so insecure. I didn’t know what to write about.

Now with over 400 Newsletters written it feels like a habit. Just something I do.

We have covered lots of topics as I’m really treating it like a letter. From one founder to the next.

There is so much noise on the frontline. My hope is that you find my little letters useful. Just the lessons and observations from the experience of growing a business.

We do live in exciting times where a lot is changing. The writing of the little letters every morning helps me to stay grounded and not loose my mind.

So I want to take a minute and just enjoy the moment with you.

Those little letters are really a fun routine now. What started as me trying to figure out how this newsletter thing would work and the feeling of overwhelm to stay consistent. Starting from a blank page in the beginning was scary. The fear of people unsubscribing, because of something I wrote. All of it was a long journey.

I didn’t imagine that I could stick with it for this long.

The 400 little letters are added one per day. (some days I write two, because there are so many ideas).
